​​When will my order ship?

All orders are made to order and ship within 2 weeks. We currently ship within the U.S. only, via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking email from USPS as soon as your banner is on its way!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're local to the Raleigh, NC area, you can select free pickup at checkout. Once your order is complete, we’ll reach out to arrange pickup details and timing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each banner is custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Slight variations and imperfections are part of the handmade process, but please know I take great care to make each one with intention and attention to detail.

Can you make a fully custom banner (like a logo or custom colors)?

Yes! I love working on special projects. Whether you're looking for a logo banner or custom color combo, email me at onyourteambannerco@gmail.com with your idea. I’ll let you know what’s possible and work with you to create something one-of-a-kind.

Do the banners come with a dowel or hanging hardware?

Banners are made with a dowel pocket for easy hanging, though they do not automatically include a dowel. You can add a dowel to your order if desired, so your piece is ready to hang right out of the box!

How do I hang or display my banner?

Each banner is made with a dowel pocket for hanging on a rod. This pocket also makes it easy to hide pushpins, if you’d prefer to tack up your banner. Another favorite display method, especially for Minis, is to frame them!
